The weather has been so hot lately that planning activities has been difficult. It was the perfect opportunity to plan a play date for the girls. Elena and Alyssa hosted some friends from school to come over and play for a little while. Alyssa and her friend decided to paint some pottery while Elena and her friend played "school- (imagine that?" Then the girls practiced a cheerleading song and performed for me:). The girls then had some chocolate cake and ice-cream as a treat. It was the perfect afternoon activity on such a HOT day!
