I felt like I needed to revise this post because originally it read:
100. Exercise every week for a year. (2/12)
However, I wanted to make it more specific-because I didn't want ONE workout a week to count-I felt like I could push myself more. So, I decided to change it to read:
100. Exercise at least 4 times a week for six months. (2/6)
This way, I make sure to exercise the majority of the week. I have been working out since Thanksgiving week! Ironic week to begin, don't you think? HAHAHA. Well, I am proud to say that I have been going to the gym at least FIVE times per week. Cris has been very supportive and helps me create weight training workouts, followed with an ab or calve workout, and finally a cardio session. I have definitely lost some inches and am working to also complete the following post:
94. Get back into a size (to be revealed later!)
