49. Make dinner every night for an entire week. (7/7)



YEAH-I Did it!!!!!!!!!!! I am so proud of myself and glad that my family was supportive of all the new recipes that I tried. Good news is that I picked out more recipes and have all the ingredients to cook through this coming Sunday. . . look's like I picked up a habit :)

Chicken Parmesan Noodle Bake

Ingredients:
1 package (12 ounces) extra-wide noodles
4 half boneless chicken breasts, skinned
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) DEL MONTE Italian Recipe Stewed Tomatoes
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven to 450F

2. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain

3. Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with rosemary; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Arrange chicken in 13X9-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Drain; remove chicken from dish.

4. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. In large bowl, toss reserved liquid with noodles; place in baking dish. Top with chicken and tomatoes; sprinkle with cheeses.

5. Bake 10 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and garnish, if desired.
